Join California-based Master Teachers Amanda Snow & Danielle Schubert for this fiercely fun and sweaty Vinyasa-based class. With a mindful focus on alignment, you will create space in the body, cultivate space in the breath and discover space in the mind.
This class will offer modifications for all levels but some basic knowledge of Yoga poses is recommended. This class will be taught in English.
